## Dose and safety

Nutraceutical food supplements, not medicines. They do not replace a balanced diet. Consult your paediatrician before starting any supplement, especially iron and for children under five. Keep supplements away from young children. Do not exceed the stated dose.

## Storage and shelf life

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not refrigerate. The best-before date is printed on the bottle. Shelf life is 18 months from manufacture, longer than many gummy supplements.

## How we state nutrient amounts

Every product page lists the amount in each gummy. Only the Iron gummy states a share of the ICMR-NIN recommended daily allowance (100% for iron, for children aged 5 to 12). We do not claim a percentage for the others.
