This policy explains how Gapco Healthcare Pvt Ltd (“Chubears”, “we”) handles your personal data when you use chubears.in. We collect only what we need to deliver your order.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, mobile number, optional email, delivery address and what you ordered.
• Payment: handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login. We receive a payment ID and status.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or email.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data. Your cart and address are remembered in your own browser so you don’t have to type them again. You can clear them by clearing your browser data.

Why we use it

To process payment, ship your order, send delivery updates, and answer your questions. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to take payment.
• Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your parcel.
• Government authorities, only where the law requires it.

When you enter a pincode at checkout, your browser looks it up on the India Post pincode service to fill in your city and state. Only the pincode is sent.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
